General's Garden Aged Care Service is a new, resort style aged care facility in Beijing utilizing the Australian model of care on a large scale. It offers independent retirement living as well as a low and high care nursing home.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative and enthusiastic person who is capable of delivering first class care and service to contribute to the success of General's Garden.

This outstanding opportunity requires:

•  A minimum of 5 years managerial experience within residential aged care

•  Exceptional leadership and change management skills

•  Ability to communicate with people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds

•  Excellent adjustment and adaptation skills to live and work in China

•  Knowledge of Chinese culture.
