Grace Xie- founder of Aust-Asia Health graduated as a registered nurse from Beijing Medical University in China in the early eighties, and she subsequently completed further studies in Australia where she obtained her bachelor of Nursing and an MBA.

Grace worked for several years as a registered nurse in Beijing before migrating to Australia in 1988 where she worked as an A & E nurse at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne for 10 years.
